Well I’m going to teach you the most important and useful phrases, the ones you should know before traveling to Italy and in order to well communicate with local people. This brief post is meant to help you to learn Italian for free and to give you the opportunity to speak Italian when you will come in Italy, for example to Florence. Italian language is a wonderful one, full of music and precious sounds, you really have to learn it.

At the Restaurant if you want to pay the bill just ask to the waitress:

At the Train Station:

At the Bus Station:

Does this Bus goes to the Duomo?
Never ask to people in English before you are sure they know it, ask:

Parla Inglese?
Do you speak English?
When you need to get by someone say:

Scusi.
Excuse me.
If you want to thank someone say:

Grazie.
Thank you.
If you want to know how to ask for the price say:

Quanto costa?
How much?
If you need to go to the bathroom say:

Dove è il bagno?
Where is the bathroom?
